Cooling/heating demand = annual degree days (NOAA). Electricity = state residential average (EIA).
The business covers a broad range of residential HVAC needs. AC Services address cooling systems that are short on capacity, blowing warm air, or cycling too often. Heating Services and Furnace Services handle no-heat calls, ignition problems, and routine inspections before the cold season. Heat Pumps, Ductwork Services, and Thermostat Services round out the lineup, from sealing leaky ducts and checking airflow to replacing or recalibrating controls that keep temperatures steady. Emergency HVAC calls are handled for urgent breakdowns, while Maintenance and Tune-up visits keep equipment running efficiently between failures.
Palmdale's hot summers, dry air, and wide temperature swings put real strain on equipment, so local experience matters. Work here often involves dusty conditions, long run times, and older systems that need careful diagnosis rather than a quick guess. A good visit should include a clear explanation of what failed, what it will cost to fix, and which options make sense.
Jones Tom holds California contractor license #1065250, issued through the state contractor registry, and has been licensed since 2020.
