Pioneer Engineering & Construction holds contractor license #900223 with the California state contractor registry and has been licensed since 2007, giving it more than 19 years of experience in the trade. The company serves residential and commercial customers with a full range of HVAC work, including AC Services, Heating Services, Ductwork Services, Heat Pumps, Furnace Services, Thermostat Services, Emergency HVAC, and Maintenance & Tune-up.
Work typically begins with an inspection of the existing equipment, airflow, and controls so that repairs or replacements address the actual cause of a problem. Technicians can assess ductwork for leaks and poor distribution, test furnace safety components, check refrigerant and electrical connections on cooling equipment, and program or replace thermostats to match how a building is used. Routine tune-ups help systems run efficiently before peak seasons, while emergency calls focus on restoring heat or cooling quickly and safely.
Residents comparing local HVAC professionals in Chico should ask for license details, clear written estimates, and explanations of recommended work. Pioneer Engineering & Construction welcomes those questions and encourages homeowners and property managers to review their options with confidence before making a decision.
