The company's core service is Commercial HVAC. Work typically involves assessing existing equipment, diagnosing performance problems, and carrying out repairs or maintenance on systems that keep offices, storefronts, and multi-tenant spaces comfortable and compliant. Technicians focus on the practical details that matter to building operators: airflow balance, thermostat and control reliability, filter and coil condition, and clear documentation of what was done.
P. J. Kennedy & Sons works throughout Boston and in the Dorchester neighborhood, where many commercial buildings combine older infrastructure with modern occupancy demands. Local familiarity with these buildings and their typical challenges helps the team plan visits efficiently and address recurring issues before they escalate.
Businesses comparing local HVAC professionals should ask about the scope of commercial work, how service calls are scheduled, and how equipment records are handled. A clear conversation about those points is a good way to judge whether a contractor is a practical fit for your property.
